Goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving an order
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please visit our Returns Portal to begin this process. Once your items are received at our warehouse, your refund will be applied
We're unable to offer prepaid return labels at this time. Our Returns Portal will display the cost of your label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For any returns, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order. In the case of damaged or faulty items, please notify us and provide a photograph within 7 days of receiving your order.
We aim to process returns on the same day that items are received. However please note that during peak periods, it may take up to 14 working days to process your refund. Once processed it will take between 2 and 5 days for the balance to be returned
