What is your returns policy?Updated 2 months ago

  • Goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving an order (7 days in the case of any items which have arrived damaged). 
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items.
  • Our return portal will generate one label per submission. If you require more than one label please split your submission accordingly. 
  • The cost of return labels generated within our returns portal, will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Any personalised items, antiques and sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.
  • Outward shipping costs will not be refundable.
