We strive to process and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible, typically within two working days.
If your order contains a pre order item, the expected dispatch date is displayed on the product page. Any updates to this expected dispatch date will be communicated via email, to the email address you have used to place your order. By default, we will ship your entire order as soon as this item becomes available. However, if you need the remaining items for a specific event before your pre-order date, please don't hesitate to let us know. We can arrange to ship these items ahead of time for you.
If you cannot see a pre-order date on the item you have purchased, and it has been longer than two working days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
During peak times such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, this may take a little longer. Please note some items such as furniture and made-to-order items will have their own lead time, and these will be displayed on their product pages.
